Garment dyeing is at the heart of our business, and it’s what we excel at and enjoy the most. We own a comprehensive dye house with expertise in machine-dyed products, including garment dye, pigment dye, acid wash, cold pigment dye, and burnout wash. Additionally, we specialize in handmade washes such as tie-dyes, dip dyes, and cloud washes. With the capacity to handle large programs of up to 100,000 pieces per week, we also offer customized washes for low MOQs, ensuring flexibility and quality for all your needs.
OUR OPTIONS
ANTIQUE WASH
Also known as Oil Wash this gives the garment a vintage look with highs and lows, concentrated more on the seams. This leaves a lighter area on the chest which enhances your print. Due to the nature of this special process a discharge printing technique cannot be applied.

BURNOUT WASH
One of our most popular washes. This wash is only available with our Tri-Blend, and 50/50 fabric. It ́s created by burning out the cotton in these fabrics. It’s the perfect wash to create a vintage looking garment. Since part of the fabric is burned out this makes the t-shirt feel even lighter. Please note that this wash texture is not even, it ́s always more intense next to the seams and neckline. All colors look great with this wash.

COTTON CANDY
This wash was designed by us and uses a combination of 2 colors. The base color is Khaki and another color of your choice (we recommend light pastel colors). We spray paint on the garment to give a shadow effect on certain areas.

DIP-DYE
Frequently called Ombre Wash. This wash fades up or down (your choice) the garment to create a dissolved look. The color desaturates throughout the fabric. We recommend this wash with 100% Combed Cotton or Tri-Blend fabric.

DOUBLE DYE
This wash uses the combination of white and another color of your choice. The seams and neckline will come out white and the rest of the garment in your chosen color. This wash is recommended only with our 100% Combed Cotton fabric. It looks great with light colors.

DUOTONE BURNOUT
This wash dyes our triblend fabric with two different colors, one color dyes the cotton-rayon fibers and the other one only dyes the polyester fibers. After that, the cotton-rayon fibers are burned out with a special product which results in the polyester color coming through stronger. This gives the garment a vintage look which is more intense on the neckline and seams. You can try a number of color combinations with this wash to find the perfect one for your brand.
